30-Day Returns

We want you to love your KindHaven Co order. If you're not happy with it, you can return unworn items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email a photo to tnaships11103@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice, at no cost to you.

Change-of-Mind Returns

To start a return, email tnaships11103@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping, and original shipping charges (if any) aren't refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to post it.
